Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Creator Asset Manager (“CAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, software, applications, and related services.
By accessing or using CAM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use CAM.
Creator Asset Manager is a creator-focused software platform designed to help creators organize digital assets, manage products and content workflows, analyze performance, and make informed content and business decisions.
CAM is currently under active development. Certain features described on our website or demonstrated in development versions may not yet be publicly available and may change before commercial release.
You must be legally permitted to use CAM and any third-party platforms you choose to connect.
If CAM requires an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for activity occurring through your account.
You retain ownership of content and digital assets you provide to CAM.
You grant CAM the limited rights necessary to process your content solely for purposes of providing features you request, such as organizing, analyzing, processing, generating, editing, or managing creator assets and content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use content you provide to CAM.
CAM may allow users to connect accounts or services operated by third parties, including TikTok and TikTok Shop.
Access to connected-platform information occurs only after appropriate user authorization and is subject to the permissions made available through the applicable platform.
CAM's TikTok Shop integration may use authorized information to provide features such as product intelligence, creator-specific performance analysis, affiliate collaboration workflows, content recommendations, and authorized publishing functionality.
Availability of connected-platform features depends on third-party APIs, permissions, policies, service availability, and approval requirements. CAM does not control and cannot guarantee the continued availability of any third-party integration.
TikTok and TikTok Shop are third-party services and are not owned or operated by Creator Asset Manager. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
You agree not to use CAM to violate applicable law; infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute malicious or harmful content; interfere with the operation or security of CAM; attempt unauthorized access to CAM or connected services; or use connected-platform data in a manner prohibited by the applicable platform's terms or policies.
CAM may provide analytics, rankings, product recommendations, content recommendations, estimated opportunities, or other automated insights.
These features are intended to assist creators with decision-making and do not guarantee views, engagement, sales, commissions, GMV, brand partnerships, income, or other business outcomes.
Creators remain responsible for their own business, content, financial, and publishing decisions.
CAM may use automated processing and artificial intelligence to analyze, organize, edit, classify, recommend, or generate content.
Automated outputs may contain errors or may not always reflect a user's intent. Users are responsible for reviewing generated or processed content before publishing or otherwise relying upon it.
CAM may provide beta, preview, experimental, or pre-release functionality.
Such features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed and may contain errors. Feedback provided regarding beta or pre-release functionality may be used to improve CAM.
CAM's software, interface, branding, designs, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by Creator Asset Manager or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of CAM's intellectual property to users.
We may modify, improve, discontinue, or introduce CAM features over time.
We do not guarantee that CAM or any particular feature, integration, or third-party service will always be available or operate without interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CAM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that CAM will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every creator workflow.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creator Asset Manager will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of CAM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Users may stop using CAM at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect CAM, other users, connected platforms, comply with legal requirements, or address violations of these Terms.
Where applicable, termination does not prevent users from exercising rights concerning their personal information under our Privacy Policy.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as CAM develops or as legal, technical, or platform requirements change.
The current version will be posted on this page with its updated effective date.
